A trip to Mount Abu and Udaipur has been planned for the members of Ex- ONGC Executives Welfare Association as per the programme mentioned below.
10.10.19: Departure Delhi/New Delhi by train (Three Tier Sleeper)
11.10.19: Arrival Mount Abu, Stay at Mount Abu from 11.10.19 to 12.10.19
Visit to Braham Kumari Ashram, temples and local sites at Mount Abu.
13.10.19: Departure Mount Abu in the morning and arrival Udaipur by Deluxe Bus.

Visit Ambaji Temple on way to Udaipur. Stay at Udaipur from 14.10.19 to 15.10.19. Visit local sites, lakes

15.10.2019: Departure Udaipur by train (Three Tier Sleeper) and arrival Delhi on 16.10.19 morning.
Deluxe Buses will be arranged at Mount Abu Railway Station which will take us to Hotel and local sightseeing and will be with us up to dropping at Rly. Station Udaipur on 16th July.
Expenditure per head including Three Tier train ticket and bus journey and stay is Rs. 20,000.00(Twenty Thousand). Part of it will be borne by the Association.

Interested members are requested to deposit the amount of Rs 15,000.00(Fifteen thousand) per person latest by 10th August, 2019. The Cheque for Rs. 15,000.0 Per person in favour of “EX-ONGC EXECITIVE WELFARE ASSOCIATION” may please be sent to Mr. Shiv Dayal, Treasure, at Laxmi Nagar , New Delhi office.Payment can also be made electronically at following bank details.

Please forward payment confirmation to undersigned. Program is on first come first serve basis. (hence if all seats get filled by 7th august, we may not be able to accommodate members paying on 8th/9th 10th). Money shall be refunded to those who could not be accommodated.

The payment is nonrefundable, or partly refundable (in line with cancellation charges levied by railways/tour operator). Rooms will be on twin sharing basis.

This excursion programme is for Ex-ONGC Executive Members and spouse only. However if some seats are available, request for other than above members will be considered. Regarding accommodating non-members, only close relatives of member may be taken with specific approval of President. However for such members financial concession from association will not be available.
